The hotel is conveniently located right outside exit 3 of a major station. I could easily control the AC in my room. Fresh towels and free water bottles were provided daily.

The hotel is very close to the train station, about a few minutes walk. I found a lot of restaurants nearby and a department store. The staff helped me a lot with delivery of luggage. I am grateful. I could also leave my baggage before check-in and after checkout.
The elevators were very crowded. It sometimes took a while to get to the lobby. I saw a message about a charge for late checkout. I understand the policy though the elevators being slow was inconvenient.

The room included a big television, and I appreciated that it had multi-language options. I also liked that a yukata was provided for my comfort. It was a nice touch.

The hotel has a self-serve area where I could get ice and water whenever I wanted. There is also a complimentary public bath, that I enjoyed very much! It was a great way to unwind after a long day.

The onsen on the top floor was relaxing. I used it after long days. i liked that fresh towels and pajamas were provided daily at my door. there was space under the bed for luggage. it was helpful. but the location near the station was also a huge plus.

The room was quite small. Managing luggage for two people proved difficult. The air conditioning system seemed to have limited control. I could not adjust it below a certain temperature.
